Chicken D'Artichoke - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans sliced artichoke hearts
    2 1/3 c. diced cooked chicken breast
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 c. bread cubes
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain artichokes and arrange in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Spread chicken on top.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Toss bread cubes in melted butter and pour over cheese.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
