Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. sirloin tip roast or brisket of beef *
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    rosemary
    oregano
    2 (15 oz.) cans chicken broth
Preparation
    Brown roast or brisket in 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven.
    Season roast generously over the top with salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and oregano.
    Pour chicken broth over the seasoned meat.
    Cover and bake in a slow oven at 300\u00b0, basting frequently, until very tender, about 4 to 5 hours.
