Tortilla Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. vegetable shortening
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Blend in shortening until texture of corn meal.
Keep in 10-cup sealed container.
Store in cool place.
Keeps 10 to 12 weeks.
