Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. margarine (1/2 stick)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, margarine and vanilla. Beat all together and spread on cake.
Roll up and chill.
