Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease 12 medium-sized muffin cups. In bowl, blend with fork the egg, sugar, milk and Bisquick. Beat hard 30 seconds. The batter will be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Stir together brown sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. With a teaspoon, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over
    muffin tops. Bake about 15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve hot. (Good with butter.)
