Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/3 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in cubes
    1 can green chilies (whole)
    Shake 'n Bake coating
Preparation
    Mix sausage, biscuit mix, and self-rising flour.
    Set aside. Slice green chilies and wrap them around the cheese cubes.
    Pat sausage mix around this and roll to resemble egg shape.
    Roll in Shake 'n Bake and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
