Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat (fresh)
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine crabmeat with all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter.
    Shape 4 patties and coat with bread crumbs.
    In large skillet, melt butter.
    Add crab cakes and brown on both sides.
