Bolitas De Queso (Cheese Balls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cheese, shredded (Gouda, Cheddar or Swiss)
1 egg
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
fine cracker crumbs (to coat balls)
vegetable oil (for deep-frying)
Preparation

In a small bowl, blend cheese, egg and cornstarch at high speed.
Take mixture by teaspoons, turn into balls, coat with crumbs and deep-fry until golden brown in fat heated to 350\u00b0. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
Serve immediately.
