Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, sliced and peeled (chopped)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. nuts
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix apples, sugar, nuts, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients and add to batter.
Mix well.
Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour in batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Punch holes in warm cake.
Frost with juice of 1/2 lemon, mixed with powdered sugar.
