Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cocoa, divided
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 2 tablespoons of the cocoa in bowl.
    Stir in milk and melted butter.
    Spread mixture in 1 or 1 1/2-quart ring mold (microwave-safe).
    Sprinkle top with mixture of brown sugar and remaining cocoa.
    Pour hot water on top of batter.
    Cook on High for 5 minutes.
    Rotate dish and cook on High for 5 minutes more.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
    This is best served warm (with whipped cream) or plain.
