Cathy'S Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    Ritz crackers
    poppy seed (optional)
Preparation
    Boil chicken; take off bone and place in baking dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream together; pour over chicken.
    Crumble Ritz crackers over top and dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with poppy seed (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
