Jalapeno Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. tomatoes
4 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 lb. grated sharp cheese
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Brown onion in butter; add tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer
until thick.
Add peppers.
Cook 5 minutes. Just before
serving,
heat
sauce
and
stir
in cheese until melted. Serve with crackers or large chips.
