Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Set aside.
    Cream the shortening. Gradually add 1 cup sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat until fluffy and light.
    Add dry mixture alternately with sour milk, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix until well blended. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons sugar with cinnamon in another bowl.
    Spoon half the batter into lightly greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle with half of the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to
    50 minutes or until done.
