Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix milk, egg and oil.
    Add milk mixture to the cornmeal mixture.
    Pour into greased, hot iron skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
