Broccoli And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 egg
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion (never use fresh)
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. crushed crackers
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    In a
    bowl, combine corn, thawed broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup crushed crackers, onion, margarine, salt and pepper.
    Blend and pour into a 1-quart buttered casserole. Combine 1/2 cup crushed crackers and the melted margarine. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated through and browned on top.
