Sauteed Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and paprika to taste
    1/2 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Undercook cauliflower florets.
    Heat butter and oil.
    Add and cook garlic for 2 minutes.
    Remove garlic.
    Saute florets until they are well coated.
    Cover and cook several minutes longer. Season with salt and paprika.
