Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken
    10 c. coarse cornbread crumbs
    2 c. light bread crumbs
    3 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 tsp. sage
    1 c. onions, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Salt chicken with the 2 teaspoons salt.
    Cover with water. Cook until tender; debone chicken.
    Put bread crumbs, seasoning, onions and celery in 11 x 14-inch baking dish.
    Pour broth over. You may need to add 1 can chicken broth or some water and 1/2 cup butter.
    Mix well.
    Have dressing the consistency of cornbread. Add chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
