Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. salad dressing
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    3/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, eggs, celery, onion and pickle relish. Blend salad dressing and mustard.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well with potatoes until well coated.
    Serve when cold.
    You can garnish potato salad with eggs in green pepper rings.
