Chicken Caruso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut in thin strips
garlic salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. sliced celery (thin)
3 c. rice
Preparation

Season chicken.
Saute in butter for about 2 minutes.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning.
Cover; cook for 10 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Add celery; cook until tender-crisp.
Serve over rice.
