Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, mixing well.
    Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
    Add cornmeal mix, stirring well.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Spoon batter into a well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
