Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole or cut up chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. celery leaves
    5 Tbsp. fat from broth
    1/2 c. or less flour
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cook chicken in cold water, enough to cover chicken.
    Add salt, pepper and celery leaves.
    Cover tightly and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until chicken is done and tender.
