Marinated Pork Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 lb. boneless pork loin, cut into thin strips
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. coarse grained mustard
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish.
    Add pork strips, tossing to coat.
    Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Drain, reserving 1/4 cup marinade, sesame seed and mustard.
    Pour over pork strips; toss to coat.
    Place in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, turning once. Makes 4 main dish servings or 8 appetizer servings.
