Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour into pan the hash browns, melted butter, salt, pepper, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese and stir together.
Mix 1 1/2 cups corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
