Pear Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
apple spice
pears, cut up
Preparation

Put pears in crust, heaping in the middle.
Mix flour and sugar together; sprinkle over pears.
Cut butter in pats and put on sugar.
Sprinkle apple spice over the top.
It will be almost solid brown.
Put crust on top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cover edges of crust if it starts to get too brown with foil.
