Vegetable Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
6 to 8 oz. American cheese
Preparation
-
Melt butter; stir in flour.
Over medium heat, add milk to butter and flour, stirring with whisk until it thickens.
Remove from heat and add cheese; cover until cheese melts.
Great on vegetables, potatoes or rice.
