Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter in large pot. Cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla and flour, a little at a time. Add 1 1/2 cups nuts.
Mix and pour into pan. Add rest of nuts on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes.
