Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. crushed nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend 1/3 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon cornstarch and add crushed pineapple.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and clear.
Cool.
Blend cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Add eggs and beat well.
Blend in milk and vanilla.
Spread cooled pineapple mixture over bottom of unbaked pie shell.
Pour in cheese mixture
and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Cool.
