Summer Vegetables With Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sliced zucchini (1/8 inch)
    2 c. sliced summer squash (1/8 inch)
    1 c. sliced onion (1/8 inch)
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. minced, fresh garlic
    1 large, ripe tomato, cut in wedges
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet melt butter over medium heat.
    Add ingredients, except tomato and cheese.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 7 to 10 minutes. Add tomato wedges; sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover; let stand until cheese is melted.
    Serves 6 to 8.
