Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. peeled or partially unpeeled grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs and zucchini.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients.
    Fold in raisins and nuts.
    Divide between 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tester is clean after inserting.
