Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken wings
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 Tbsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Remove wing tips and reserve for the soup pot.
    Cut wings apart at joint.
    Brown wings on both sides in oil.
    Remove wings with a slotted spoon.
    Pour off excess oil.
