Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 Ritz crackers, crushed
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat eggs and baking powder together until stiff.
    Add sugar a little at a time.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in crushed Ritz crackers and pecans.
    Pour into greased pie plate.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool about 2 hours before serving.
    Spread Cool Whip over pie.
    Refrigerate until time to serve.
