Ralph'S Zesty Salsa(Yield: 6 To 7 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes
    1 can black olives
    1 large sweet onion
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 Tbsp. Cajun spice
    1 large bunch cilantro or substitute 1 Tbsp. dried leaves
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    juice of 1 lime
Preparation
    Open jalapeno. Remove seeds and membranes. Discard. Open can of olives and discard liquid. Chop vegetables and jalapeno peppers. Combine ingredients. Stir well. Add salt, cumin and hot sauce to taste!
