Waldorf Health Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced avocado
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
    1/8 tsp. sea salt
    1 1/4 c. diced apples
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Lightly toss avocado, apples, dates, walnuts and sprouts.
    Mix lemon juice and salt to make dressing.
    Add to other ingredients and toss again.
    Simple, sweet and refreshing.
    Makes 2 to 4 servings.
