Three Cheese Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. (2 oz.) grated cheese (Parmesan)
    additional grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni to package directions; drain.
    In medium saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Cheddar and Swiss cheeses; stir until melted.
    Stir in grated cheese.
    Mix macaroni with cheese sauce.
    Pour into lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with additional grated cheese, if desired.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until top browns.
    Makes 8 servings.
