Turkey Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey (ground), browned in olive oil (substitute shredded turkey or chicken)
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 tsp. cumin
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt, pepper and garlic powder
    1/2 c. water, wine or Mexican beer
    2 to 3 chopped tomatoes
    chopped (shredded) lettuce
    12 corn tortillas or flour
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain any fat.
    Add onion; brown.
    Add seasonings. Cook about 5 minutes.
