Shrimp Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled
3 eggs
1 c. half and half cream
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook shrimp; drain.
Mix eggs, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Saute onion in butter until soft.
Add to egg mixture along with shrimp.
Reserve some shrimp for garnish.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
