Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. warm water
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beat with fork
    3/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix yeast with 2 tbsp. water. Stir with remaining ingredients and yeast mixture. Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cover and put remaining dough in the refrigerator.
