Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. mashed bananas
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and salad oil, stirring until moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
    Spoon into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool completely before frosting.
