Country Time Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour with pinches of garlic salt, pepper, paprika and poultry seasoning added
1 1/2 lb. chicken
2 Tbsp. oil
4 small onions
6 oz. noodles
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. fresh parsley
2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook noodles in 2 quarts water.
Shake chicken in flour and seasonings.
Reserve remaining flour.
Fry 5 to 7 minutes, or until
chicken
and
onion\tare
browned.
Reduce heat and simmer approximately 45 minutes.
Drain noodles and toss with butter
and parsley.
Keep
warm.
To serve, place noodles on platter\tand put chicken on top.
Cover with foil.
Remove all but
2 tablespoons
drippings from skillet.
Stir in reserved flour. Cook about 1 minute, or until golden brown.
Gradually stir
in milk;
bring
to
a
boil.\tCook 2 minutes, stirring constantly until
mixture
thickens.
Spoon
some
gravy over noodles and chicken.
