Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Cut in butter and cheese with a pastry blender or fork.
Stir in sour cream.
Shape into a ball. Chill 2 hours.
