Apple Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. unpeeled red apples, diced
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 small sweet red pepper, diced
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Chop sauerkraut real fine with a potato chopper.
    Mix all ingredients together. Cover tightly.
    Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
    Very good.
