Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain salmon and flake.
    Add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion and horseradish.
    Mix well.
    Chill well!
    Shape into a log and roll in nuts.
    Chill overnight.
    Serve with crackers or party rye.
