Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. chopped, pared apples
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt.
    Mix with apples.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Beat sour cream, egg and vanilla.
    Pour over apple mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake 10 minutes more at 400\u00b0.
