Gazpacho Soup* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes
    1 clove garlic or garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (I like lots more)
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
    3 Tbsp. chives (optional)
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. olive oil (optional)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all things, except onion, pepper and cucumber.
    Blend well.
    Add onion, pepper and cucumber.
    Experiment!
    I use what I have and substitute V-8 instead of tomato juice.
    The longer it sits, the better it is!
