Florida Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in frying pan and drain off oil.
    Mix orange juice, honey, salt, cornstarch and orange peel.
    Baste chops and place in slow cooker.
    Pour extra juice on chops.
    Cook 6 to 8 hours in crock-pot.
