Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    10 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    1 lb. sausage, crumbled
Preparation
    Grate cheese cold then let come to room temperature for better mixing and shaping of balls.
    Mix cheese, Bisquick and sausage; form 1 1/2-inch balls which may be flattened with a fork. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until brown at 350\u00b0.
    This does well baked and then frozen.
    Heat just before serving.
