Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. warm water
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Let this mixture sit out all day in a plastic bowl (not metal) covered with wax paper.
    At the end of the day, pour mixture into a jar and cover with lid loosely.
    Refrigerate 3 to 5 days (not less than 3, not more than 5).
