Bo Bo Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. garlic
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Place everything in 9 x 13 pan. Cover and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Turn chicken and leave sit for 1 more hour. Pour entire contents into saucepan and cook until approximately 1 cup of sauce remains. Serve over rice or noodles. Excellent flavor.
