Cassava Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. cassava (can buy from Oriental store)
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) can coconut milk
1 pkg. young coconut, grated (Oriental store)
1/4 c. or 1 stick margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 can concentrated milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except for eggs and condensed milk. Spread mix on 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
Mix eggs and condensed milk and spread over top and bake until brown.
