Lemony Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

1 whole lemon
2 well beaten egg yolks
1 stick butter
Preparation

Use a small, heavy pot.
Squeezing a whole lemon into it, add egg yolks.
Add butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. When butter is melted, cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
Remove and serve.
